- Show property to perspective buyers
CONTRACT
- Negotiate contract terms and price
- Order title work
- Negotiate inspection items
- Preview title and loan documents with Title Company
CLOSING
- Schedule closing to accommodate all parties
- Review all closing documents
- Sign documents
